My cakes are made with the freshest ingredients and are never frozen. I strive to give you not only the most beautiful cake but the tastiest one too! All cakes are custom made and individually priced. All products are subject to applicable Tennessee State and Local food taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice until your deposit has been paid.

Celebration cakes include birthday, shower cakes, graduation, and basically any cake other than wedding. Celebration cakes begin at $2.00 per serving for buttercream, based on complexity of design.
They are usually one layer with no filling-some exceptions apply.

Wedding and Groom's cake prices begin at $3.00 per serving for buttercream and $3.50 per serving for fondant. A serving is based on a 2" x 1" x 4" slice. I have worked hard to come up with a fondant recipe that I think is very good. It tastes like icing and will have a layer of buttercream underneath. Please ask for a taste during your consultation. Wedding cake tiers consist of 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling or frosting. I require a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve your wedding date. This deposit will be applied to your order, but is not refundable if the order is cancelled, as I book months in advance for weddings.

Your wedding cake pricing includes a special 6" heart-shaped "honeymoon" cake for you to take along after the wedding. Sometimes a bride and groom only get a tiny slice of cake (and maybe frosting up their nose) just for the pictures, but miss out on the culinary masterpiece they helped create. I will assure you that will not happen if you order from Covered with Icing. Pricing also includes a special certificate for your 1st anniversary "tier". This day and age; most people prefer not to freeze their top tier for their anniversary, but to enjoy a beautifully decorated fresh cake instead.

Award Winning Home-style Cookies: Homemade Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Buttery Sugar, and Peanut Butter cookies better than anything you'll taste in the mall. These cookies are generously portioned at more than 3 inches in diameter! These can all be ordered by the dozen at $10.00/dozen (minimum order 3 dozen).

Specialty Cookies and Candies: These include butter rich spritz, Mexican wedding balls, shortbread, pecan tassies, kolacky, toffee, peanut butter balls, chocolate truffles, chocolate dipped pretzels, pecan clusters, and MANY more. These beautiful platters are only offered during the holidays and are sold by the pound at $12.00/pound assorted (minimum order 2 pounds).

Rolled Sugar Cookies: Homemade rolled sugar cookies including your wedding colors and monogram if you wish are $1 per inch. This includes round, flower, or heart shaped monograms, tuxedos, wedding dresses, wedding cakes cookies, etc. This price includes bagging and tied with coordinating ribbon if desired. Minimum order 2 dozen.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries: Large fresh strawberries (in season) dipped in the finest rich dark, milk, or white chocolate are $1 each. Price for tuxedo berries is $1.25 each.

Chocolate Covered Oreos™: with monogram or colored appliqué are $1 each for 3 colors or less. These may be dipped in dark, milk, or white chocolate with your choice of design. Minimum order 2 dozen.

Chocolate Brownie Bites: Homemade Brownies using Covered with Icing’s secret recipe-rich, double chocolaty, with or without nuts. These are packaged in a muffin liner for easy handling and can be with or without ganache frosting. These are $.50 each (minimum order 2 dozen).

Blonde Brownie Bites: Homemade Blondies using Covered with Icing’s secret recipe-rich, caramely, with or without pecans. These are packaged in a muffin liner for easy handling. Priced right at $.50 each (minimum order 2 dozen).

Cake Truffles: Homemade goodies using the finest ingredients unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. These delicious chocolate or vanilla morsels are soft and smooth on the inside and can be coated in dark, milk, or white chocolate and drizzled with your wedding colors. These are just begging to be eaten at $10/dozen, minimum 2 dozen.

Cupcakes: Luscious handheld goodies using the same ingredients as their larger counterparts. Your choice of icing, these start at $1.25 each for a simple icing swirl. Add a piped monogram or simple decoration, making them $1.50 each or swirled in a style that Martha would be proud of with a monogrammed heart or other fondant decoration standing up in your wedding colors for a total of $2.50 each. Minimum order on any design is 2 dozen.

Cream Cheese Mints: Melt in your mouth goodies like Grandma used to make, these mints are sure to be a crowd pleaser and a lovely addition to your cake or dessert table. These bite-sized morsels are hand pressed into a beautiful flower or leaf pattern and can be made in any color to compliment your wedding. These are $3/dozen with a 4 dozen minimum.

Mini Cheesecakes: scrumptious hand-held treats with creamy homemade filling and your choice of toppings in a paper liner for easy serving. These delectable delicacies are just $1.50 each (minimum order 2 dozen).
